Salary : Upto 3.50 lakh  

Following will be the JD for Procurement FNA Process:

Ø  Issue and Maintenance of Ariba User id through role Matrix process.
Ø  Developing Ariba training manual for RFx, eBidding process for buyers and vendors.
Ø  Guide category Manager during submission of RFx process.
Ø  Training complete vendor base of Blue Star on Ariba Platform.
Ø  Getting vendor response filled online/ offline (thru surrogate bidding means )on Ariba against RFx.
Ø  Enabling & tracking of all vendors to register under Ariba self registration link.
Ø  Develop a proper training mechanism in order to handle RFx on first in, first trained mechanism.
Ø  Circulation of necessary MIS to designated users with data related to vendor training.
Ø  Tracking mechanism to record vendor & buyer issues, provide resolution with help of Ariba technical team.
Ø  Work with the e-Procurement application provider - Ariba – while facing any technical issues and get quick resolution.

Requisites :

²  Experience with importing/exporting data, using MS Excel to manipulate data sets and using MS Power Point for making effective training presentations for vendors.
²  Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel 2003 or similar packages.
²  Experience in Ariba eProcurement or other eSourcing/procurement tools and fundamentals.
²  Experience with e-procurement and / or e-sourcing systems - RFX, RA & FA.
